As a Business Development Manager, you will accelerate business development opportunities with our Education partners in Brasil and lead strategic sales engagements while influencing organizations across the education sector. You will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to build and execute business plans, seeking to drive the adoption of Apple Solutions in the education market. This position requires a deep understanding of the local education market — at all levels from tactical to strategic. You will also serve as a subject matter expert for key education segments and will be required to develop and maintain expertise and high-level relationships within the sector In this role, you will be responsible for collecting information, conduct analyses, build domain knowledge, develop solutions, craft strategic options, and execute them through our partner network.

Responsible for demonstrating partner ecosystems, leading sales engagements and influencing key partners. Work cross-functionally across Apple teams, including Product Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product Management seeking to build relevant solutions and offers to increase adoption of education solutions in the region Develop new initiatives, sales programs, and account plans in cooperation with the local and WW teams. Understand and share our exceptionally deep product story, link it to our values and encourage our partners to think and act differently. Provide the highest level of customer service to our priority reseller partners, ensuring they have access to the latest enablement tools and sales assets and optimally articulate the Why Apple proposition so that the benefits are clear. Conduct strategic account planning sessions with Apple’s most significant resellers in the region, present your account plans to the Apple leadership team and handle progress through reseller quarterly business planning sessions. Actively scour the market for new reseller partners, expand geographic coverage, identify new partners for and qualify the open channel opportunity where relevant. Handling forecast and pipeline. Success is a significant growth in Apple’s sales volumes from our reseller channel. Your sales record will be extraordinary, your attitude dynamic yet flexible and your ability to lead and innovate of the highest order.

Formação e experiência

7+ years of experience as an Account Executive, Field Marketing (or equivalent) for a mobile device or education/enterprise solution company. Consultative selling experience and developing channel growth strategies with partners. In your experience, you’ve balanced delivering on short-term goals, while building sustainable value for customers and partners, and demand for the future. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education. Proficient in English and Portuguese
