Description
Join NPS as a Technical Program Manager for Collaboration Tools, where you will lead the to development and implementation of collaboration tools and policies that enhance productivity while protecting confidentiality for teams worldwide. You will drive the integration of AI into security processes, helping boost Global Security efficiency and impact. You will act as the primary liaison between key partners such as Apple Information Security, IS&T, AIML, and others, ensuring secrecy requirements are integrated at the earliest stages of new tool introduction.
This role requires a strong understanding of information security, cloud-based systems, and AI integration. You will bring proven leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative approach to solving complex security challenges across teams. Your expertise will help shape secure systems and processes that balance operational efficiency with stringent security protocols.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years or more experience in cybersecurity, information technology, systems engineering, or other technical fields.
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management, and liaising between technical and non-technical teams.
- B.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- CISSP and related security certifications a plus.
- PMP certification a plus.
- Conversant with AI/ML models, concepts, and limitations.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, both domestically and internationally.

- Proven success driving engineering and/or technical program to completion.
- Proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects with multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities. Demonstrable negotiating skills and ability to navigate big picture and small details.
- Highly adept at building and creating information systems, applications, and network architectures.
- Strong capacity to turn corporate, security, and information policies into concrete processes and practices.
- Strong understanding of data protection, access controls, and security processes related to information confidentiality and disclosure.
- Expertise managing the entire lifecycle of a program, from planning to execution and driving continuous improvements
- Experience driving the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives including ability to negotiate and assemble plans, secure commitments on deliverables, close co-ordination of dependencies and resolve blocking issues.
- Proven success in working cross-functionally with diverse teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels and distill revenant information for the right audience.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, with demonstrated critical thinking abilities, creative problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technologies, with a strong aptitude for technical solutions.
