JAPAC Change Manager, AppleCare Support Project & Change Management
Change is constant in our fast-paced organization. This is an opportunity to facilitate change on AppleCare projects / initiatives and help maximize stakeholder adoption, support benefits realization, and minimize impacted stakeholder group resistance. The role of a Change Manager involves strategic decision-making and overseeing change management efforts on more complex projects or transformations.
Develop change management strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives. This may involve conducting analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable change factors and determine methods/techniques to transit people to the desired end state.
Provide leadership and direction for transformational change initiatives, working with project teams and stakeholders to ensure that the change is successfully implemented. This may involve overseeing multiple change initiatives simultaneously.
Develop comprehensive change plans to address the needs from multiple sub-projects/work-streams. This may involve creating tailored change plan to different audiences and balance different needs from key stakeholders.
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, project teams, and external partners. This may involve negotiating with stakeholders to gain their support for the change and ensuring that they are engaged throughout the change process.
Prepare business leaders in their communication and engagement with the impacted audience. This may involve providing guidance on change management process/tools ensuring that the business leaders have the necessary skills and knowledge to lead the change.
- Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent influencing skills and ability to work with key business partners.
- Effectively engaging and communicating with diverse stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to connect the dots to improve transition of impacted stakeholder groups.
- Ability to identify and resolve challenges that arise during the change process.
- Experience in partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Work independently, collaboratively, and with minimal oversight.
- Flexible to work various hours to collaborate with our global partners.
- Familiarity with various change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) and the ability to apply them effectively.
- Experience managing organizational change initiatives, including planning, implementing, and evaluating change projects.
- Experience managing projects, including scope, budget, and timelines, is highly valuable.
- Experience in the Contact Center industry where the change is being implemented can be beneficial.
