As part of our Shared Services Center, you will be responsible for providing advanced back-office support and track/maintain critical sales information, performing your duties with unquestionable integrity while adhering to Apple policies. As Shared Services Center Analyst, you will establish a strong relationship across all back-office departments including the in-Country Sales Operations Analyst and across Latin America and globally.

Key Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of experience working in Shared Service Centers or Sales Ops is preferred
  • Operational & planning management experience in highly dynamic environments
  • Customer focused, with strong abilities to analyze situation and provide high level of satisfaction in customer experience
  • Experience monitoring SOX Compliance to ensure results are consistent with established objectives and goals
  • Proven experience conducting complex, data-driven analysis
  • Proficient in Excel and data modeling
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to articulate results of technical analysis in easy to understand business terms
  • Excellent time & project management skills
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish/Portuguese


Implement operational processes and meet the established Service Level Agreements for Sales Payments (Price Protection, Dead on Arrivals, Returns, Store Fixtures Funds, Credits and Special Pricing), Customer Maintenance, Contract Set up and Incentive communications - Onboarding new business partners as Apple direct/indirect account. - Perform Contract Administration and Incentive communication such as Deals, Channel rebates programs, Embargos, etc. - Support New product introduction & SKU set up - Maintain accurate and detailed control of relevant processes to support business inquiries - Deliver metrics for the portfolio of services offered and partner with in-Country Sales Ops team to identify issues and opportunities to define process improvement plans - Resolve incidents raised by internal and external customers to ensure business stability. - Drive account management and continuous improvement with Apple Channel Partners in the region - Support local sales team with ad hoc sales reports and identify automation opportunities. - Implement regular training/knowledge transfer sessions with the local operations teams - Define and implement mechanisms to validate data integrity across Apple landscape; identify inconsistencies and implement data cleansing processes - Identify process improvements and best practices across the Shared Service Center - Support ad-hoc projects

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree
