The AdsU team supports the onboarding and ongoing training of the partner development team at Apple Search Ads. We develop industry leading training curricula to enable our sales teams to have the best possible and most effective learning experience so that they can feel prepared to engage with their app developer clients. We are currently going through the process of updating and reworking our onboarding training content and are looking for someone to take on responsibility for some elements of this project in the GCR region. The candidate will be supported in market by our L&D program managers but will also get to work globally with our extended team of instructional designers. This is a great opportunity for someone that wants to take a project from start to completion, gain experience working in training content development and be exposed to digital advertising at Apple.

Key Qualifications

  • Attention to detail and strong copyediting skills to maintain the quality and accuracy of learning materials.
  • Proficiency in Keynote, demonstrating expertise in creating and refining presentations and interactive content.
  • Basic project management experience, having successfully participated in a project lifecycle from start to finish. Internally we use Wrike.
  • Experience in creating training documentation, step-by-step guides, or SOPs, showcasing the ability to convey complex processes in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Familiarity with graphic design, ideally with experience in Adobe or similar tools, to contribute to visual content creation and enhancement.


Primary objective - The instructional design intern will help in creating and reviewing learning content for the Ad Platforms team, with a focus on the GCR market. This could involve creating and editing keynote and eLearning content, graphic design and video editing and review. They will build skills in these areas. They need to be focused on small details and copy editing instead of the bigger picture. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the review process of learning content to ensure it meets high-quality standards. - Collaborate with the learning and development team to create engaging and impactful keynote and eLearning content for the Ad Platforms team. - Contribute to the creation of training documentation for the knowledge center, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility. - Support in graphic design and video editing tasks under the supervision of the instructional designer. - Engage in basic project management, drawing from previous experience in completing a project from inception to completion.

Education & Experience

This is an internship opportunity open for students who are currently studying a Bachelor/Master/PhD/MBA program. All majors welcome.
