The 3D Vision team is a highly motivated, fast-pace, dynamic organization that is responsible for various tasks that contributions to Apple Maps features and products. We are seeking a Program Manager to our Operations team who will be responsible for developing and deploying our scalable outsourcing strategy for new system development, manufacturing, deployment and worldwide support. This role in the Operations team is part of a fast moving and dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are key attributes required for success.

  • Experience in Program and/or Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Service Operations and Repair Services
  • Deep understanding of channel partner business in direct to field and return services
  • Forward and Reverse Supply Chain Experience is a plus
  • Understanding of supply chain

Description

In this role you'll be responsible for building requirements and deploying programs that will maximize our world wide data collection efforts. You will Work closely with our strategic partners as well as internal teams to improve and develop the full lifecycle of our systems, from design, production, deployment, training to support and maintenance needs. Identify synergies across Apple to leverage already existing processes to support supply chain, logistic and maintenance efforts. Work cross-functionally to provision and enable strategic partners to operate as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), assess vendor readiness to support build events, production ramp, deployment, support and training, and continuous improvements of business processes. Oversee and communicate to stakeholders the overall operations schedule, production planning and materials readiness to meet product deployment and fulfillment schedules Development and support of the strategic partners; ensuring high levels of team collaboration and performance in addition to driving supplier performance in line with 3D Vision’s outsourcing strategy. Work with our partners to performance, drive improvement plans and act as the primary point of contact for Apple on the operations side. Collaborate closely with internal and external groups to ensure that information flows efficiently Establish the operation at one or more new sites and partner with stakeholders, cross-functional teams and partners to make it a success. Communicate and collaborate with a broad range of constituents (e.g. internally with Operations, Global Collection, Legal, and Finance teams Evaluate and maintain partner engagement by building trusted relationships with partners and developing a thorough understanding of their priorities and challenges

Education & Experience

Minimum of 5+ years of successful customer and channel management experience preferably working in technology, and/or logistics space Bachelors Degree in Engineering
