The Apple News team is looking for an experienced Producer to provide communications, management, and strong executional leadership for cross-functional initiatives. We are looking for a highly organized, collaborative, results-oriented individual with experience managing deliverable timelines in a software team and/or with a creative agency. In this role you will support the Apple News Producer and Design team to understand the design asks, organize design tasks, schedule and lead design reviews, and ensure a quality release of the final product.

- Facilitate the product development process between various design, engineering, and marketing teams. - Build and maintain complex schedules for design deliverables. - Communicate and negotiate expectations, dates, and milestones with cross functional team members, including product, business, engineering, quality assurance, and upper-level management. - Manage day-to-day progress of tasks and deliverables. - Coordinate and drive cross-functional reviews, take detailed notes, and communicate results and next steps back to key stakeholders. - Know at all times the health of projects, risks and implications to timelines. - Improve processes and communications in an ever-changing, dynamic working environment.

Education & Experience

Requires a Bachelors Degree with 4-6 years Project Management/Producer experience demonstrating growing levels of project management responsibilities.
