The Apple App Review team is looking for an experienced technical customer relations or developer relations communicator adept at resolving sophisticated business issues while supporting the global Apple Developer Program community.

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a Technical Customer Relations or Developer Relations role or similar environment
  • Language proficiency in English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean or other languages in the Asia Pacific region is highly desirable
  • Understanding of mobile app ecosystems, app business models and app development processes
  • Knowledge of the app development environment, key players, business models, and a fundamental understanding of mobile technologies
  • Experience with Mac development platform a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Strong negotiator who can be firm, yet diplomatic
  • Excellent customer service, conflict management and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and communicate effectively
  • Strong data analysis, time management and reporting skills
  • Superb attention to detail


You will interact with developers in the Asia Pacific region, but depending on language skills it may be focused on a certain region, and work hours will reflect this. Responsibilities include communicating, tracking and managing issues from day-to-day operations with business partners. Develop strong relationships with App Review colleagues and peers. Collaborate with colleagues, provide support, listen and be open to others when they need you. Empathy is a key attribute to be successful in this role. We are direct customer facing, superb communication and attention to every detail is vital, we must be thorough and complete.

Education & Experience

BS or relevant industry experience is preferred
