Key Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated expertise in enhancing the performance of large-scale cloud services, with a keen grasp of the challenges of scaling cloud-based systems.
- A self starter and a self organizer, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Capable of accurately presenting complex concepts in a simple manner to diverse teams.
- Practical experience with observability tools for platforms, facilitating comprehensive service performance insights to guide optimization efforts.
- Knowledge in micro-services architecture, caching strategies, data modeling, data flow and API design, and development.
- Deep practical knowledge of multi-threaded programming.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases, such as Cassandra, is advantageous.
- Strong ability to learn new technologies independently.
- Skilled in planning and managing project execution.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
