The Wallet, Payments and Commerce team is responsible for bringing ground-breaking financial services to consumers with a vision to replace the physical wallet and help people live financially healthier lives.
We are looking for an experienced Partner Solutions Manager to join the Apple Pay E-Commerce team. This is a full-time position on the Wallet, Payments and Commerce team and is located in our London offices.
Description
You will work closely with key merchant and ecosystem partners to support and drive the integration of Apple Pay E-Commerce functionality.
You will optimise the customer payment journey in merchant and payment service provider E-Commerce channels.
You will lead multiple projects, craft scalable solutions for diverse partners, and provide consistent updates and communication to business leaders.
You will inspire partners to create best in class Apple Pay and Wallet experiences, support partner technology implementations and new feature adoption, and provide technology guidance and product implementation best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience working with various online merchant segments, PSPs, payment schemes, and processors
- Experience in web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) / iOS development (Swift)
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting software
- Skilled at helping partners identify, navigate and overcome technical hurdles to drive adoption of technology
- Experience integrating, supporting and troubleshooting a complex suite of products and/or services
- Ability to explain technical concepts and issues to a broad audience
- Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
- Have a passion for outstanding user experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- Degree education in relevant field desirable, but candidates from all education backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in English. Other languages desirable.
- Travel within EMEIA as needed.
