Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it. We are seeking a Workforce Management Configuration Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. Apple’s WFM team is responsible for delivering high-quality timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance solutions to our global business partners. This role is responsible for working with the global WFM team to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions in our WFM ecosystem using UKG’s Workforce Management Suite, currently Workforce Central.

Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrable technical experience configuring UKG Workforce Central, including Time and Attendance, Employee Scheduling, WIM Interfaces
  • Extensive knowledge of detailed WFM module configuration concepts such as
  • Experience developing international solutions
  • Ability to deliver solutions as part of a defined development sprint and scheduled release cycle
  • Understanding of foundational compliance and operational business concepts used in the development of WFM solutions such as compensation, overtime, and other time-based premiums
  • Strong written and oral communication skills interacting with a global peer network
  • Diligent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Familiarity with upstream and downstream integrated systems including Payroll and HRIS

Description

- Supporting the global WFM team in understanding business requirements to design high quality solutions in UKG Workforce Central - Working closely with fellow team members to develop configuration design concepts - Developing and driving Unit Test and User Acceptance Test plans on a defined schedule - Adhering to a sprint development and release schedule to deliver high-quality solutions on time - Reviewing and documenting existing system configuration and presenting detailed comparisons for to-be analysis - Creating cutover activity plans for configuration release - Supporting production ticket fixes and issue resolution as needed where the solution requires configuration support - Ensuring the accuracy, security, and privacy of confidential information in a compliant controls environment

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree from a reputed school
