The Business Process Reengineering team is looking for a Senior Test Manager to drive the QA vision for end to end functional and performance testing for key platforms and applications
Key Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant experience with at least 8 years' experience managing teams and large complex testing programs
- Experience in SAP Testing with good understanding of Supply Chain Processes
- Experience in testing/test management of S/4 Hana Implementations.
- Experience in product quality and uncovering hard to find scenarios and bugs.
- Background in setting up and leading QA teams
- Experience in QA for highly scalable, distributed and high performance platforms.
- Experience in functional & performance testing.
- Excellent knowledge of QA automation methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Experience in developing test plans, test cases and performing testing
- Familiar with technologies like Worksoft, Tosca, Java, SQL, Scala, Databases, NoSQL, Web Services (Rest & soap).
- Familiar with using UNIX tools to measure system and performance metrics.
- Extremely detail oriented, committed to the highest quality of work you're doing
- Experience in presenting executive level briefs for business reviews, forecast delivery schedules and risk mitigations
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers, senior leadership and globally dispersed partners
- Deep Inquisitive mind and ability to bring in change.
Description
As Senior Test Manager, we look forward to your contributions in these areas :
- Ensure data meets the quality standard defined by process, and provide feedback to improve both process and specifications and ensures a constant feedback.
- Define and drive the QA vision for end to end functional and performance testing for key platforms and applications
- Recruit, train, and setup an Engineering Quality Assurance team.
- Lead, coach and mentor quality assurance engineers
- Communication and co-ordination with international teams
- Work closely with internal organizations, project teams and clients to develop project schedules, execute test plans and cases, and deliver high quality products
- Enhance Quality Assurance processes, environments, tools and frameworks
- Act as a strong advocate for quality in the product development process for software engineering

Education & Experience
Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering from a premier school
