Key Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of Audio fundamentals like Telephony, Music, Noise cancellation etc
  • Excellent coding skills of C/C++ and scripting languages like Python
  • Experience of working on Audio Hardware and getting involved in hardware bring ups
  • Realising Audio real time solutions and applications on product platforms
  • Experience of developing and debugging audio solutions on hardware platforms
  • Experience of audio test equipments and measurements is a plus
  • Proven collaboration skills and ability to work across timelines is a must

Description

We are looking for someone who can join our dynamic team to help us realize new low power / high compute audio features in Apple’s products. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing signal processing algorithms and audio signal paths on programmable HW. You will write unit tests and system integration tests to enable systematic testing and validation of your code. You will work cross-functionally with Acoustics experts, algorithm engineers, DSP software engineers, audio driver developers and HW engineers to integrate these features into real-time audio subsystems, and debug audio fidelity and performance issues

Education & Experience

Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
