Apple Retail - Market Development is seeking business development professionals in the fast growing Greater China region. We’re looking for serial problem solvers, relationship builder, and influencer to drive Apple Retail business forward in one of our most strategic markets. Key responsibilities of the Regional Sales Program Lead are to build and implement sales programs to capitalize on market opportunities across both physical retail (Apple Stores) and online retail: Synthesize market intelligence, trends and opportunities Assess & calibrate worldwide programs for regional implementation Partner cross functionally to build and implement sales initiatives that are compelling and locally relevant Set program goals, targets, measures of success Lead and project manage continuous improvements and enhancements of sales programs Drive capital project vision and execution

Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant business development, project management, operational experience
  • Skilled leader who thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Savvy at project managing complexity and leading highly cross functional and global teams
  • Proven success in establishing rapport, credibility and influence to drive results
  • Dextrous in operating at strategic and tactical levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Analytical Decipher market insights from industry and macroeconomic trend analyses Be the subject matter expert, problem solve and drive to solutions Strategic & Creative Thinking Identify commercial opportunities, develop program strategy and growth initiatives for the region Design region, country, and in some cases market-specific strategies and programs Drive for Results Lead end-to-end program development from concept to implementation Collaboration Cultivate and manage relationships throughout Apple Retail and Apple Inc. Engage, collaborate and develop strong cross functional relationships in achieving program objectives Executive Management Provide strategic input and contribute to development of local and global programs Articulate and present business strategy and local needs to Apple Retail leadership External Relationship Management Spearhead commercial negotiations, partnerships and account management with external vendors and partners

Education & Experience

BS/BA required, MBA preferred
