Exciting opportunities exist for highly motivated professionals to join the Retail Contact Centre Order Administration Team (RCC OA Team). The RCC OA team is dedicated in providing excellent online customer experience through efficient Payment processing support for online transactions. We are seeking dynamic individuals who are analytical, with an eye for detail and highly customer focused in managing regional online orders related to credit card authorization, prepaid-payment processing, payment gateway matters and determine appropriate order resolution action in a timely manner. The successful candidate is highly adaptable to change, self-starter and possess excellent learning agility.

Description

Resolve credit blocks to ensure timely order resolution and fulfillment Handle payment escalations from internal functional stakeholders Manage pre-paid payment order conversion Partner with Payment Gateway/Merchant Banks to resolve payment escalations Handle customer enquiries pertaining to payment matters and identify the most appropriate resolution outcome to deliver best customer experience Deal with refund/billing matters post order shipment Perform outreach to customer to resolve credit matters (via email and phone) Opportunity to participate in Payment related projects

Education & Experience

Bachelor Degree, Diploma or equivalent

Additional Requirements

  • Effective communication in Mandarin and English
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including Weekends and Public Holidays
