Key Qualifications

  • 3-5 years corporate level project management experience a plus
  • Previous Retail Store Operations, Store Management or Field Leadership experience a plus
  • Proven ability to identify trends, develop strategies, and implement solutions to drive results
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute projects successfully
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, operating at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Passion and dedication to the delivery of consistent and unparalleled customer service

Description

The Program Manger within the Store Operations Team is responsible for creating, leading, and implementing effective global projects that deliver an unparalleled store experience, within a highly dynamic and ever changing business. Specific responsibilities include:  Create and implement strategic initiatives that align with Apple Retail priorities and deliver results by creating owners, maximizing efficiencies and improving processes Initiate, drive, and deliver effective projects in cross-functional, global teams Lead, manage, and execute detailed project plans; track project and deliverables, escalate high priority issues and communicate status Complete project impact analyses and work to implement training, communication, and change management strategies to achieves results  Provide superior customer service to field and corporate partners globally Identify and articulate business needs that require systems support and work with teams to drive appropriate solutions Lead ongoing improvements and evolutions of store initiatives and procedures Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

BA/BS required, MBA preferred
