We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, motivated applicant for this position.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years Secretarial/Administration experience at a senior level
  • Advanced Customer Service skills, coupled with a confident telephone manner
  • Ability to work independently
  • Able to use initiative and make decisions where applicable
  • Fluent in speaking English
  • Competent use of Microsoft Word/ Pages, Excel/ Numbers, Power Point/ Keynote, FileMaker Pro
  • High level of multi-task driven skill
  • Strong work ethic with a high degree of flexibility
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic and fast paced work environment
  • Self starter with innovation, integrity and attention to details

- Scheduling (Meeting / Event / Travel) 1. Coordinates daily schedule, coordinates all travel arrangements including Group travel-special projects 2. iCal coordinator/ contact to handle managers meetings, one offs and recurring, and assist with informational requests 3. Master proxy for conference rooms 4. Conference call coordinator, schedules one off and reoccurring conference calls for management team 5. Event coordination, supervises / coordinates AppleCare internal events (like ERC event) 6. Visitor coordination for AppleCare (VIP, executive, customer and vendor visits) 7. Arranges itineraries/meetings, site tours 8. Assist with AppleCare communications meetings - Employee Enrichment 1. Work closely with regional EE manager, plan and organize local activities to enrich employees’ experience, such as NPI launch, holidays, annual party etc. - Reporting 1. Various reporting as requested -Confidential work as assigned Staffing Activities 2. Organizational chart management for AppleCare Tech Support team 3. Order office supplies 4. Participate in Meet and Greet of New Hires & distribute desk supplies - Documentations 1. Process Expense Reports for travel 2. Submits / manages monthly expense reports 3. Raise purchase orders - System account applications 1. SAP Authorized Requester function, including requests for signature authority
