Apple’s Compensation team is responsible for maintaining competitive pay and creating programs that help ensure that our people are rewarded for their contributions to Apple. The Compensation team is looking for an innovative compensation professional to lead the compensation function for our Corporate Greater China region. You will partner with the leadership teams and their People Business Partners to design an innovative, global compensation strategy within the overall company compensation philosophy for the organization.

Key Qualifications

  • You will have achieved a track record of consistent success leading Compensation programs, with 7-10+ years of demonstrable experience in a multi-national company (technology experience a plus)
  • Highly collaborative style. Willingness and ability to work in teams, as both a lead and as a supporting team member
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including influencing and ability to support innovation
  • Ability and confidence to advise senior leaders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You have a high integrity and ethics in handling confidential information
  • Ability to get involved in the details while maintaining broader view
  • Advanced excel/spreadsheet skills
  • Proven analytical skills

Description

You will be responsible for all of the compensation matters of the Greater China Region You will work with People Business Partners and business leaders to develop and deliver innovative compensation programs Leading job code reviews and providing market-based recommendations to department leaders Providing guidance on base salary, bonus and equity programs Working with the Compensation team to review compensation policies and practices Delivering training to People Business Partners, Recruiting and managers on compensation philosophy and programs Leading strategic projects while also handling routine activities Executing the annual compensation planning process Performing ad hoc analysis to support business needs Initiating and maintaining strong working relationships with the People Team

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent Professional certifications (CCP/GRP) a plus
