The Programs & Engagement Lead is responsible for the coordination of Merchandising programs and engagement strategies in APAC in collaboration with Cupertino Product Zone Visual Merchandising, Cupertino Accessories Merchandising team, local GRS partners and the Geo Accessories Category Planning and Field Merchandising teams.

Description

You will: • Coordinate and manage: • Develop engagement strategies for Apple Branded / 3PP accessories and other Merchandising initiatives • Seasonal programs • Instore product demo guidance • Demand generation activities (demo activities, PR, paid search etc) • In store Accessories events (in partnership with Retail marketing) • Stores & RCC communications strategy • Vendor training activities • Store and Contact Centre team Accessories engagement strategies • Store Leadership (Market Directors/Market Leaders/Leaders) weekly accessories communication, priority setting, performance tracking • Share the accessories strategy and be the liaison with key partners including: • Retail & Product Marketing • Hero product teams • Store Operations • Channel teams • Field Merchandising • Coordinate opening of New Countries including market insights, competitor analysis • Partner with Cupertino Digital Merchandising team to share Geo localization needs

Education & Experience

Your background includes but not limited to: • BA/BS or equivalent degree
