The Accessories Category Planning Manager is responsible for leading the team in EMEIA / APAC that manages the accessories assortment across stores and online as well as the creation of visual merchandising planograms and management of our visual strategy. Partnering closely with the Cupertino-based Accessories Product and Visual Merchandising teams to align with our global strategies and optimise for our local markets, the team is also responsible for driving revenue opportunities and developing locally relevant 3PP products with key vendors.

Description

Manage and motivate a team responsible for executing the global 3PP and Apple Branded accessories assortment in local (Geo) markets across stores and online Coach and develop team members (including training and onboarding where necessary) Oversee the creation and update of accessories planograms for stores (including micro & macro space management, feature bays, demo planograms) Partner closely with the Cupertino based accessories product and visual merchandising leaders to understand the global strategy and apply it locally Develop locally-relevant 3PP product solutions with vendors to fit with our WW Accessory strategy (eg HomeKit accessories that are compliant in the Geo) Continuously look for opportunities to drive revenue of accessories through analysis of performance by sku / brand to ensure optimal ranging by store / country Work with the local Global Supply Management team to bring products to market in the local Geo, including forecasting, product localisation (where necessary) Oversee the setting of local pricing with global guidance Work with 3PP vendors in Geo where needed Collaborate with the Online store publishing team to ensure timely product launches and removals Partner with GSM and RFL to manage inventory in both stores and in hubs
