We’re now looking for a motivated and professional Fraud Prevention Team Manager to join us. You will be responsible reducing fraud loss to Apple by managing the daily execution of the fraud prevention line of business for Greater China. You will also be responsible for managing and developing talents in the fraud prevention team. This role is under RCC (Retail Contact Center), located in Shanghai, China


  • fraud prevention experience
  • At least 3 yrs of employee management experience
  • Strong analysis and problem solving skills
  • Strong decision making skills and sound judgment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic with a high degree of flexibility
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment
  • Detail-oriented self-starter
  • Flexibility to work any shift within 7-day work week
  • Fluent in verbal and written English, Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese as a plus


Manages specialists performance and support their success: achieve / exceed team performance and productivity goals Effectively executes on management and administrative tasks such as holding team meetings, conducting regular one-on-ones, hiring and developing employees Timely submits and tracks production issues for resolution Researches, proposes and defines plans around staffing models related to the introduction of new workloads and work functions as needed Identifies innovative ideas, manages initiatives and contributes to the future emerging initiatives as needed Works cross functionally with RCC management, global peers, and internal partners to improve customer experience and reduce loss to Apple


Above Bachelor degree Experience in credit card industry is a plus Customer Service experience is an added advantage
