Key Qualifications

  • 3 ~ 5 years of relevant experience in plat panel displays or semiconductor industry
  • You will need to have hands-on experience and proven track record in the relevant areas in flat panel display industry, trouble shooting, and process improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to perform process DOE, SPC and failure analysis
  • Proficient English language skill with a reasonable written and verbal communication capability
  • Service, repair, refurbishment experience required
  • Strong analytical capabilities and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally in a dynamic environment
  • High level of personal and professional integrity
  • Strong work ethic with a high degree of flexibility
  • The willingness and ability to travel


- Work closely with the suppliers in local to create sustainable service processes for displays. - Creating, documenting and auditing supplier’s display screening/repair process. - Ensures that established inspection, testing and process control procedures are deployed and followed at suppliers’ sites. - Performing analysis and identifying trends in the screen/repair process, and driving improvement corrective actions when necessary. - Interact with display suppliers for warranty verification and daily operation on site. - Help and guide the suppliers to meet their metrics goals by close collaboration, audits, and facilitating internal support from cross-functional teams.

Education & Experience

BS degree. MS preferred
