The Receptionist/Concierge will report to Head of Concierge and be directly responsible for achieving timely and effective delivery of Front-of-House (FOH) services to external and internal Customers in accordance with their Roles & Responsibilities set out below. The incumbent will be well versed in Customer Care, having highest regard for providing best customer experience as well be knowledgeable in Facilities Administration related activities.


  • 1-2 years related work experience preferably in multi-national company
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Presentable, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and good team player


handle and transfer all incoming telephone calls to the proper individual or provide
 information and/or take messages, whenever the situation is deemed necessary receive all incoming guests/visitors/clients courteously and properly coordinate with vendors and building property management office for small repair issues such as air condition system problem, door lock problem or as directed by FO coordinate with office maids for office cleaning and other related tasks order general office suppliers, drinking water, planting, etc... order name plate for employees collect and mail ER/PO documents to AP team prepare stationery & necessary facilities for new hire print facility signage regularly or upon request manage access control system/cards provide necessary report to Manager


College graduate major in business administration or related


  • Meet and Greet VIP customers or visitors
  • Coordinate on-site event as requested
  • Ensuring all Meeting Rooms are well kept and maintained
  • Assist in set up for Meeting rooms for business needs
  • Ensure Reception area’s well kept and maintained
