Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience as an SQA lead
  • Strong software engineering and development life cycle knowledge
  • Good project, team and time management skills, comfortable with fast paced schedule driven development
  • Works very well independently, focused and responsible
  • 2+ years Experience developing software automation of low-level and user- level UI in scripting languages such as PERL, Python, Ruby, TCL or JavaScript.
  • 2+ years Experience with software development in C, Objective-C, C++, or Java -2+ years experience with UNIX command line and UNIX Shell Scripting
  • Experience with macOS
  • Strong communication, written skills, and interpersonal skills (required to establish and maintain inter-departmental relationships)


The candidate will be responsible for deploying and balancing variety of automation tests on rack of systems in Labs at our manufacturing facilities. In this role, the candidate will balance, document and train factory resources on testing macOS hardware and software with defined automation suites. The candidate will also be responsible for analyzing and reporting test results to multi-functional teams to identify risk areas, testing responses, and represent QA concerns. - Deploy and running automation test system (including engineering experiments) on rack of systems in CM labs for macOS products - Modify test scripts when necessary to enhance the test suite - Identify, reproduce, and isolate bugs found via debugging and performance analysis tools. - Report issues in accordance with Apple bug reporting methods and testing guidelines. - Reporting test results to multi-functional teams to identify risk areas, testing responses, and represent QA concerns. - Provide training on a regular basis 1-on-1 and to a group on particular skillset areas. - Travel for work frequency is 30%-40%
