As Account Managers we work collaboratively with market and store teams to implement Apple's Retail Business vision and strategy to grow the Apple brand. As part of this dynamic team, we are responsible for leading the customer journey within Apple and for building ownership of Apple products, systems and services to core commercial businesses within a designated geographic area. You have the ability to identify, craft, forecast and drive opportunity through the entire sales cycle. You have strong communication skills, are adaptable, and thrive in a dynamic, always-changing environment.

Key Qualifications

  • Consistent and proven track record of career sales achievement
  • Minimum of 5 years of quota driven sales experience in technology based products
  • Experience in the complex solution sales life cycle
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities in a collaborative and dynamic environment

Description

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and unit targets; Ability to successfully navigate organizational structures, allowing for deep and wide account penetration; Identify key partners and engage C level executives; Execute a 3 Hero product positioning strategy based on use case and customer industry; Passionately and expertly present products, services and solutions to accounts; Develop account plans to penetrate and expand into other parts of an organization; Plan and forecast territory performance through pipeline management; Digital proficiency and demonstrated experience with solutions for customers where applicable; Utilize and build CRM profiles to dedicatedly drive sales and foster relationships; Deliver customer briefings, inform and invite customers to workshops, with consistent follow-up and follow through; Collaboration with in-store briefing, service support and workshops, in store fulfillment.
