The Apple Retail team in APAC is seeking an experienced digital marketing professional to help shape the future of its online marketing programs across Greater China with the primary objective of driving revenue through the Apple Online Store and its strategic partners. The individual will be responsible for both the development and execution of the online marketing strategy for GC and should be experienced with managing large revenue generating programs with the major media and technology partners in Greater China such as Alibaba, Tmall, AliPay and others The person should be a seasoned and strategic digital marketing executive with proven experience in world class consumer organizations. The individual will have an in-depth working knowledge of the digital commerce landscape in Greater China with a proven track record and is comfortable working in matrix global working environment

Key Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8-10 years digital marketing/strategy experience with a track record of building a strong brand and business
  • Outstanding track record of profitably developing and executing data-driven online marketing strategies
  • Strong background in interactive marketing and program execution, with an understanding of web analytics on platform like Omniture, Tableau and others
  • The ability to formulate long-term marketing strategy and brand value propositions which connect with the overall business strategy
  • Exceptional ability to communicate in both Chinese and English and to build solid partnerships both externally and internally
  • Expertise in planning, prioritizing ,and goal setting including manage multiple projects, determine project urgency, create detailed action plans and organize schedules, people and tasks


Develop annual and quarterly online marketing strategies and plans in order to meet overall business goals and KPIs set in each line of business Clearly communicate status throughout the quarter against goals and objectives to senior management, identifying risks and opportunities In a cost effective way, build the Apple Online Store awareness and drive new customers to the web site for deeper engagement and transaction Manage and scale our Performance Partnership Program (Affiliate Marketing) and work with our global agency to develop strategies that create deeper relationships with our partners to drive incremental revenue through online Develop strategies to deepen our marketing relationship and drive innovative digital marketing programs with our Alipay partner in China and Hong Kong Work with internal partners and our key external bank partners in China and Taiwan to develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns that promote the affordable ways people can buy Apple online Provide leadership and innovative thinking to the analysis of market trends, data and identification of new market opportunities Evaluate newly emerging opportunities against financial goals and brand fit, build and present business case, and test as appropriate Work cross functionally with the Marcom teams to ensure the correct positioning and optimization of content for target customers
