This is a crucial position that has key responsibility to manage full spectrum of large equipment management for manufacturing process and factory costing to support expansion in a challenging and fast-pace environment. This position will have extensive interaction with headquarter and frequent contacts with various businesses and functional teams in China, US and Europe.

Key Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications/experience:
  • 5 years of financial experience, US/European multi-national experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a lot of ambiguity
  • Process focused, with ability to lean new processes and drive improvement
  • Very hands-on and possess strong knowledge of analysis skills and controlling
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze large amounts of data at a macro and micro level, strong excel skills. SAP experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various business operations across functions and cultures
  • Strong command and current knowledge on China local regulation; project management experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Domestic travel is required (+30%), some international travel may be required

Description

Business Operation Support: Evaluate and analyze manufacturing labor costing and add-on cost and partner with Business Operation team to ensure the change in business model is properly reflected and captured Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments for key stake holders of Supply Chain, including OEM financial reports analysis and identify key improvement action to address issues Work with business partners to drive due diligence on equipment purchase/vendor claims audit from Finance perspective and leverage knowledge from the cross functional team to support growth strategy Define control framework and assess vendor assets management capability, evaluate the result and drive improvement and resolution Support the equipment re-use opportunity discussion with global supply manager and assets recovery team to maximize the Capex reduction opportunity Actively work with global supply manager, functional teams and vendors to drive solution and strategy for evolving changed regulation and customs rules related to Assets import/transfer among locations, bonded/non bonded zone Lead and represent business requirements from Finance perspective to new sites/lines and work with project team and global supply manger to ensure business needs are covered and vendor sites are trained Work with Business Operations on operation cost review and drive audit strategy and execution plan Process and System Design and document E2E process to enable an efficient process and control on assets tracking and auditing for company owned equipment and to safeguard assets moving/transferring in scattered geographical locations Identify opportunity to create synergy for standardized data flow among vendors, manufacturers to provide accurate information on company owned assets Work with US project team to identify and implement an automated and scalable solution for global assets tracking system Lead agreed process improvement and change, set up implementation plan and drive solution to ensure plan delivered across all sites Identify process improvement opportunity to enhance efficiency and accuracy of assets tracking between physical assets and SAP to safeguard accurate financial result Audit and reporting: Evaluate risk profile, propose audit methodology and support controller on strategy approval yearly Plan and drive manufacturing add-on cost and equipment audit an coordinate with vendor sites to ensure work completed in accurate manner Supervise internal and external staffs during labor costing and equipment audit to provide timely and accurate reports and drive discrepancy resolution Work with US- and Ireland-based Finance and Operations teams to ensure equipment records and financial result in eApproval and SAP are accurate and up to date Review and update audit manual to ensure the most efficient and effective audit process is implemented to enable accurate financial finding and reflection on book timely; Provide and lead financial analysis on Operations assets and projects, and formulate recommendation to support growth expansion.

Education & Experience

Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance, qualified accountant i.e. CPA and master
