As a strategic problem solver who loves uncovering growth opportunities and excels at bringing them to life, you, as part of the Business Strategy and Planning Team, will develop market strategies, growth plans, and operational solutions that delivers Apple technology to Enterprise and business customers across Japan.

- Lead the development of our Enterprise business plan by working cross-functionally to analyze business performance, provide impactful insights, and recommend new opportunities for growth.
- Analyze and deeply understand the market dynamics of major business sectors, their economics, and business priorities and strategies to identify mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Build new feasible and effective business model, partner scheme, channel structure based on business strategy and drive implementation.
- Engage with peers and colleagues in other countries where Apple does business to share, learn, and provide guidance to drive Apple’s business globally.
- Advocate for process improvements, system and tool implementations, and support the governance of ongoing business actions.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B strategic business planning, consulting, enterprise sales or finance, or within the technology sector
- Strong ability to analyze data to create impactful insights and business decisions that support your strategy, planning and sales tactics.
- Excellent communication(Japanese & English), interpersonal, and leadership abilities. Ability to lead change and to gain commitment from senior-level executives through compelling verbal and visual storytelling.
- Solid ability to set expectations, meet stringent timelines, and ensure accountability to attain key outcomes while managing multiple concurrent responsibilities.
- Resourcefulness and flexibility to establish and maintain trust and credibility across functional teams in a global matrix organization and adapt to Apple’s changing business needs.
- Make the right decisions for Apple by deconstructing complex issues into meaningful ideas, having the capacity to zero-in on what is most impactful, and to say no to good ideas so that we can do something great. You foster collaboration by relying on your own expertise and by trusting others to deliver on theirs.
- Partner with internal and external teams to implement complex business plans and strategies by unlocking the potential of every relationship. Solicit input and feedback from a wide variety of professionals at Apple.
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
