Description

Process development engineer be responsible for our new sensing and optical modules’ new module process, material and equipment development with semiconductor assembly and module integration suppliers. You will possess detail knowledge and hands on experience on semiconductor packaging and module process design and development such as Laser welding and automation development experience. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT Establish Module packaging design rules Design review and conceptualize new module process and structure Define module process flow, tooling, material and equipment requirement Design and perform process and material DOE and qualification Document process specification, capability and manufacturing metrics (CpK, FMEA, etc)

Education & Experience

Degree in Physics / Chemical engineering/ Material Science / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with at least 10 years experience in product or process development
