Description

As a People Operations Planner, you partner with the Leadership team to support the planning and organization of people processes, including the preparation of team correspondence. You are also responsible for documentation administration associated with employees, including file maintenance and retention. You support leadership decision making by gathering, summarizing and preparing store-specific employee data, as well as ensuring the accuracy of any data entries in the time management system. In collaboration with the Leadership and Recruiting team, you coordinate external hiring events and the internal selection process. You also work with leadership and/or the People Planning Operations team to support with scheduling-related inquiries, education and communication. In partnering with leadership and the training team, you assist with planning and coordination of training initiatives. You support team members in finding answers to people-related questions by connecting them to the appropriate resources. With Leadership, champions and ambassadors, you promote awareness of global Apple programs, and create localized initiatives. As needed, you perform other administrative and people operations tasks or support customer facing activities on the floor.
