We are seeking a motivated eCommerce CX Specialist to join our growing business to drive performance of Apple products across main marketplace partners in Brazil. The successful candidate must be high-energy, proactive, passionate about the digital world and able to thrive in a fast paced, complex environment. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise with eCommerce and digital merchandising to optimize the customer experience and lead all aspects of implementation through campaigns, search, content optimization, catalog set up and management. This role will partner cross-functionally and multi-directionally with internal and external partners to align on the best customer experience strategy to maximize Apple’s opportunities on the platform. As you draw insights from web analytics and make business decisions, your expertise and influence will revolutionize how our channel teams grow market share and create an amazing experience for our customers.

Key Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of proven experience driving customer experience and sales growth, preferably with category management responsibility.
  • Experience in digital commerce, retail media, advertising or marketplace sales preferred.
  • Experience managing external partners driving negotiation and implementation of programs and business projects from concept to execution, to reporting and optimization.
  • Strong problem solving skills to identify critical issues and opportunities and provide clear recommendations for sales growth.
  • Proven understanding of eCommerce purchase funnel, SEO, SEM.
  • Analytical ability with capability to transform online key performance indicator CX data (click-through rate, page views, conversion rate, abandoned cart) into actionable insights; demonstrated experience using web analytics to impact digital business.
  • Experience interacting with a wide range of constituents across functions; validated ability to influence in a matrix organization partnering with global and local organizations.
  • Transform business questions and opportunities into impactful merchandising solutions that improve the CX, optimize conversion, and drive incremental sales.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with Amazon or Mercado Livre preferred.
  • Experience using a Content Management System, optimization via UI/UX, CRM capabilities is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Description

Deliver an optimal Apple Customer Experience and closely supervise the buying journey for Apple’s products focused on achieving higher PDP views, conversion and exceed sales growth. - Enhance the partner’s online journey, from Search to PDP, to Cart and to Checkout, and develop digital roadmap improvements to support account plan and forecast. - Partner with sales leads to develop innovative digital merchandising strategies, calendars and plans that promote sales growth for Apple products sold on Amazon and Mercado Livre. - Run test and optimization experiences along the sales purchase funnel to implement global digital strategies and programs. - Manage retail media advertising within partner’s platform -- from campaign planning and execution to results. - Partner with marketing team to craft and implement base management programs taking advantage of partner’s CRM tools and capabilities. - Utilize web analytics and performance metrics to analyze, develop and implement growth programs, insights and opportunities.

Education & Experience

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
