We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group to support test automation, defining and executing tests for projects in WW SOS Operations organization.
As a test automation engineering, you will be tasked with working along side project PMs, business SMEs and development teams to ensure high quality test automation for our business and external collaborators while reducing manual test efforts.
Key Qualifications
- 7+ years hand on experience in automating test cases for web-based and SAP applications with Worksoft Certify.
- Candidates must have relevant and detailed experience of using Worksoft.
- Additional experience in software test automation tools and frameworks such as Tosca, UFT, Selenium etc. is desirable
- Proficient in refactoring automation, test automation, frameworks, building testable and modular code and build infrastructure.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Java & Python.
- Familiarity with databases, SQL, and scripting languages.
- Proven foundation in computer science, with proficiencies in data structures, algorithms and software design preferred.
- Ability to analyze, design and implement test automation frameworks across various technology platforms.
- Proven experience applying Continuous Integration concepts and streamlined delivery of code.
- Knowledge of SAP SD/MM (i.e.Order to cash, logistics etc)
- Good level of understanding of supply chain operations processes
- Proficient in multiple styles of Release & Change Management processes including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall and Iterative
- Good experience in integrated, end to end systems and testing methodologies.
- Superb communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence others and quickly establish trust and credibility
- Excellent level of customer focus and attention to details
- High level of professional integrity, energy and desire to “make things happen”

Description
We are looking for a self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global, matrixed, fast-paced environment and has experience with agile method of working. We look forward to your ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements across multiple regions and ensure full coverage of test scenario automation and be able to identify key integration points with other projects.
Architect and develop test automation frameworks for repeatable, effective testing.
Determine test automation approach and relevant automation framework for the project requirements.
Develop test automation and/or lead Test automation Engineers to deliver project test automation
Manage of end to end automation activities working with vendor partners.
Create, maintain and report testing metrics including SLAs and key performance indicators
Drive issues to resolution with development and business partners during Test cycles.
Continuously improve testing best practices and methods in test automation.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree required
Certifications in Worksoft
Certifications in SAP ECC and S4HANA would be an advantage.
