We are looking for Test Manager to join our Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group to support WWQSS team in strategizing, planning, coordinating, and driving tests for projects in WW Operations organization. As Test Manager, you will work with a globally dispersed multi-functional team to drive the release of new capabilities and improvements throughout the SDLC.
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years job experience as line manager, program manager, or team lead in global organisations.
- Experience in SAP testing, familiar in test management of SAP S/4Hana Implementations.
- Experience in managing, leading and developing teams for system integration testing or user acceptance testing of sophisticated, highly integrated projects.
- You have proven grasp of supply chain operations processes.
- Work in strategic, tactical, and operational capacity to improve quality and speed of delivery while reducing test efforts in WW Operations portfolio of projects.
Description
Develop test strategy and plan for execution.
Work with test technology teams to implement testing outstanding industry standard methodologies such as test automation, test data readiness and test environment readiness. Familiar with technologies like Worksoft, Tosca, Java, Python, SQL, Databases, Web Services (Rest & soap).
Deliver on prioritised initiatives, maintain high bar for delivery.
Identify/anticipate roadblocks and navigate thru challenges. Pull team members across BPR, regions, and IS&T teams to deliver at scale and speed.
Develop key performance metrics for the team and monitor against defined goals.
Proficient in multiple styles of release & organisational change processes including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall and Iterative. Experience managing projects for teams based globally. Possess excellent people leadership skills; have ability to influence others and to quickly establish trust and credibility to achieve organizational goals.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate at all levels with Apple.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience
- PMI/PMP certification preferred
- Certified Scrum Master preferred
- Certifications in SAP ECC and S/4 Hana preferred.
