  • Proven experience supporting Employee Labour Relations priorities in a complex matrix business
  • Proficient in balancing multiple priorities, partners and work streams
  • Strong command skills and an ability to influence others
  • Passionate about building positive relationships
  • Creative thinking to resolve challenging people problems in partnership with Managers and People Team colleagues
  • Outstanding communication skills including effective listening, writing and presentation
  • Proven understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • High levels of discretion, integrity and confidentiality

Description

• Provide support to Leadership, Employees, People and Corporate Partners with understanding Apple Policies and legal framework • Identify, analyse and implement resolutions to complex and sensitive issues. • Guide, influence, lead and manage cases regarding critical culture topics • Evaluate and review employee related decisions in response to employee concerns. • Coach leaders through ER situations, continuously improving their skills including through delivery of training programmes. • Use metrics with clients to highlight trends and develop strategies to cultivate positive employee relations in the business and mitigate risk. • Support the labour relations priorities through partnership with key partners
