You will report to our Senior Director of EMEA Product Operations and will act as a key member of the Operations Leadership Team in EMEA. Your team is primarily responsible for execution in delivering our key metrics on Quality, Cost, Order Cycle Time and People/Workforce Management. This role warrants strong cross functional collaboration with teams including Engineering, Quality, Finance and People Teams to achieve results across our key metric. The EMEA Product Operations team is responsible for multiple areas of Operations including Production, Inventory, Training, Quality,Engineering, Procurement and Planning for the region.

Key Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in Operations Leadership within a NPI and Manufacturing Environment
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are crucial, along with ability to operate comfortably in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organisation
  • Technical aptitude and leadership that demonstrates strong collaboration with cross functional Technical and People teams
  • A consistent track record of building, developing and leading inclusive, diverse and impactful multi-disciplined teams who deliver complex projects globally.
  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritise, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
  • In-depth business knowledge and experience across a range of subject areas including, Industrial Relations, Product Lifecycle Management, Manufacturing Operations, Product Cost Reduction,Supply Chain Optimisation, & NPI processes,
  • Ability to think and plan strategically while managing detail of execution.
  • Outstanding leadership skills, with a track record of developing and motivating talent and developing large teams.
  • Exceptional ability to problem solve, develop creative solutions, and demonstrate resourcefulness, while maintaining acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance short-term execution needs with long-term strategic goals

Description

- Lead our Manufacturing Organisation tactically and strategically to achieve our Business KPI’s on Quality, Cost and on time delivery for Cork Manufacturing. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, procurement, logistics and finance to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the manufacturing process - Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management. A proven track record of high employee engagement - Be a champion in Inclusion & Diversity initiatives - Support our R&D facility with manufacturing leadership through experienced associates, production level quality control and inventory experts. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies through data visualisation and analytics to quickly identify issues, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency. - Monitor production processes to ensure the utmost quality, efficiency, productivity, and profitability targets are consistently met or exceeded. - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing department, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. - Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Education & Experience

Third Level qualification in Business Management and/or Engineering Qualification
