Business Analytics Project Manager - 18 month contract

The Business Analytics Team partners directly with supply chain teams to build lightweight, high-impact applications that drive smarter decisions and greater efficiency. We’re looking for a driven and curious Project Manager to help lead a growing portfolio of software projects across the region.
As a Project Manager supporting the EMEIA Business Analytics Team, you’ll coordinate the delivery of internal software tools that solve real business problems. You’ll partner closely with supply chain teams to gather needs, align on priorities, and work with developers to bring fast, effective solutions to life.

Manage a portfolio of application development projects that support EMEIA Supply Chain operations.
Work closely with business partners to understand needs, define requirements, and translate them into actionable work for the development team.
Help prioritize development work based on business impact and urgency.
Facilitate planning, progress tracking, and communication across projects.
Support stakeholder engagement, manage expectations, and ensure alignment from concept to delivery.
Foster collaboration between business and technical teams to accelerate delivery and maximize value.
- Experience managing or participating in software or tool development projects.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives, organise work, and deliver results
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for solving problems and improving processes through data and technology.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or lightweight development methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet).
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- A natural connector who brings people together to get things done.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, preferably with direct experience in EMEIA or a related business function.
