Apple is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial product manager to help develop an internal messaging and growth marketing platform for all of Appleʼs services - including the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, TV+, Fitness+, Apple One and more. The Sr. Product Manager will work with functional teams across Apple to design, develop, and implement solutions that enable timely and relevant communications with our customers, on their devices.

Gather requirements and use cases from key stakeholders, and from them define key platform capabilities
Collaborate with engineering teams on technical feasibility, UI designs, and performance requirements
Evangelize product roadmap and build consensus across functional teams
Drive initiatives while focusing on product excellence and transparent communications - ensuring all partners are aligned throughout the process.
Identify, analyze, prioritize, and refine requirements for the Engineering team.
Collaborating with different cross-functional teams to align product vision, ensuring the product meets both user needs and business goals
Write user stories and acceptance criteria, refine the product backlog, and advocate for both end-user and business needs.
Ensure timely delivery of new features, bug fixes, and enhancements, maintaining high standards of quality.
Facilitate clear communication between business and engineering teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical collaborators, including senior leadership.
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience, both as a product manager and as a hands-on user of B2C problem solving
- 3 + years of experiences and hands-on skills in product design with capability in bringing a product from concept to completion, ideally working on data platform, machine-learned systems, and/or sophisticated backend and front-end systems for real business use cases
- Experience building platforms from the ground up with a keen eye for user interface and creative
- A sophisticated understanding of subscription and/or recurring revenue business models
- Experience working with development teams to scope and implement new products
- Experience working with distributed business/leadership teams, ensuring alignment across various collaborators.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of on-time and quality delivery of software products.
- Partner with UX research, design, data science, engineering & other product teams to deeply understand user needs, and competitive landscape, and to scope, build & iterate products that delight and deliver value to customers.
- Familiarity with cross-customer deliverables across product lines and the ability to manage competing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
- Knowledge of AI technologies, especially Large Language Models (LLM) and AI-driven content generation systems is a plus.
