This position is for a DFM engineer who will be focused on Flexible Printed Circuits Assembly(FPCA) manufacturing and process.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years process or quality engineering experience in electronic industry. SMT and assembly experience are preferred
- Willing to travel, to support project in different regions
- Good communication, problem solving skills and presentation skills.
- Good team-player and highly independent, able to work under fast pace and pressure environment. Highly committed and result orientated.
- Able to utilize quality tool like: process capability, SPC, MSA, FMEA and etc.
Description
Acts as project leader supervises a variety of projects, work with factories and manage on technical and quality.
Collaboration with upstream and downstream on design, process, quality, specifications and issues.
Plans, develops and implements technical procedures for Flexible Printed Circuit Assembly (FPCA) manufacturing process and quality requirements.
Provides early manufacturing involvement to ensure new products is manufacturable. Perform design, manufacturing process, quality review, identify design and manufacturing risks, provides design and process solutions during New Product Introduction (NPI) to mass production (MP), and handles the implementations and qualification.
Establishes guidelines, Standard Operating Procedure & Best Known Method for manufacturing process & quality control.
Manages NPI projects and build, improves quality and efficiency, to ensure flawless transition to MP.
Education & Experience
Bachelor Degree In Engineering or Science; Master Degree or MBA a plus.
