We are looking for a dynamic & experienced leader to lead the EMEIA BPR Team supporting Retail Fulfilment Operations, B2C Operations and Supply Chain!
EMEIA BPR is responsible for developing the strategic portfolio of projects to enable scale and systems solutions. You will collaborate with other leaders to enable strategies for the EMEIA region reporting to the EMEIA BPR Director. This role is responsible for all aspects of Portfolio & Project Management for B2C & Retail Operations. You will bring business acumen, systems and digital proficiency as well as superb interpersonal skills.
Key Qualifications
- Experience leading a team of experts to deliver large complex projects for B2C & Retail Operations including end-to-end offerings & capabilities
- Ability to identify opportunities to differentiate customer service via distinctive offerings. Develop the value proposition to justify investment in these new capabilities
- Prior experience in a customer-focused organization working for and with seasoned Managers and Leaders an advantage
- Experience of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM, Lean, CCPM etc
- Planning and preparation for annual capital budgets based on forward-looking needs
- Strong leadership kills coupled with sound decision making & conflict resolution skills
- Track record leading teams and developing talent
- Experience in Process Simplification and Improvement, systems design, solution architecture and/or new technologies to improve speed & efficiency of the end-to-end B2C supply chain.
- Experience in ERP systems (SAP/SLM/ HANA), B2B and supply chain technologies
Description
- The primary objective of the role is to enable B2C Operational excellence through delivery of new capabilities, and projects to a high quality standard.
- Project manage multi-functional process and systems implementations which will include re-engineering processes in the supply chain for B2C and Retail.
- Lead the analysis, recommendations, and proposition for new solutions & capabilities in line with Apple Sustainability goals for B2C
- Influence and gain the consensus of partners on approach, priorities, and solutions.
- Deliver clear and well thought out presentations for buy in and alignment.
Education & Experience
Degree in any field. Honours desired as well as MBA/Master Degree. Project Management, B2C, Operations/Supply Chain knowledge, Process expertise, SAP expertise, SAP end-user and ‘B2B’, AI/ML new technologies' experience also desired.
