Apple's Channel Sales Enablement team is at the forefront of developing priority-aligned seller capability plans with our channel partners. Our primary goal is to equip Apple's channel sellers with the knowledge, skills, and tools to be trusted advisors for their customers. We are looking for an individual who deeply understands business and public sector sales cycles. If you are proactive, comfortable navigating ambiguous scenarios, quick to adapt and have a track record of delivering results within diverse team environments, we want to hear from you.

Key Qualifications

  • 4+ years in roles where you've worked directly with sales teams and partners, including experience in training and supporting channel sales teams.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills and proven ability to speak to executives, partners, and customers expertly.
  • Experienced in assessing sales materials and using training management tools.
  • Prove proficiency and skill using Keynote, Pages, Numbers, Excel and Quip.
  • Able to work with different teams to develop and refine training materials, especially simplifying technical content for sales teams.

Description

In this role, you will: Lead sales enablement initiatives and develop a highly skilled channel seller community. Focus on providing micro-training training, ongoing engagement, and working with partner teams to understand their customers. Drive sales growth by closely working with Channel Partners and Apple cross-functional teams, ensuring initiatives align with our comprehensive sales and pre-sales technical services enablement strategies, emphasizing a customer-centric approach. Use deep knowledge of channel partner enablement practices, tools, and challenges, including developing strategies through direct engagement with partner L&D and CRM teams, helping sellers engage with customers wherever they are in the buying cycle.

Education & Experience

Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
