Key Qualifications
- Have IT knowledge in the areas of enterprise messaging, networking, collaboration, Wi-Fi, end point management solutions, and enterprise security technologies for iOS, macOS, and competing platforms.
- Have knowledge with Apple’s App development language and able to create demo apps to showcase the latest Apple technologies.
- Have knowledge with Apple’s App development tools and other mobile app development tools would be an advantage.
- Have knowledge with Apple’s App development lifecycle from design to deploy.
- Have the ability to perform solution demo and proof of concept.
- Able to perform as a solution presales, understand business needs, expectation and concern.
- Have good presentation skills and be able to deliver the value proposition and Apple solutions to meet the needs.
- Have experience in technical training and support for partners and end customers.
- Speak fluent English and Mandarin and Cantonese. ( If the candidate is from Taiwan, Cantonese is optional)
- Minimum 10 years of working experience.
- A degree holder is required.
- Have experience in education sector would be an advantage.

We are conversant with Apple's integration solutions, deployments and security considerations. A willingness to become an expert on iOS and mac OS is critical.
We work collaboratively across Apple, our customers, channel and other strategic solution partners to change the way people work.
Help schools and institutions to change the way people work, teach and learn. We work collaboratively across Apple, with our customers, our partners and solutions providers to become the trusted advisor on Apple hardware, software and service solutions.
Deeply understand our customers’ educational and technical ambitions. We help remove technical barriers and friction points, and enhance customer readiness for our platform. We create new best practices and share them.
Provide pre-sales technical support for new, educational Institution opportunities — sharing status and progressing them through to closure. We are the voice of our customers and partners inside of Apple in order to share learnings and successes.
Education & Experience
M.S. in related field with validated experiences.
