We are looking to hire 10 UAE Nationals to undertake our Apple Apprenticeship Program; this is a 12 month entry-level initiative starting in June 2024. The program is full-time, competitively salaried, and includes a structured curriculum and mentoring to support personal development. The goal is to equip graduates of the program with the foundations to be successful in Private Sector workplaces and provide guidance on how to apply to, and navigate permanent roles, both inside of Apple (subject to availability) and across other Private Sector corporations upon graduation.
During the apprenticeship program, you will be assigned to teams to perform one of the roles critical to that group, delivering on day-to-day tasks associated to that role, while managing project based assignments.
You will be a vital and impactful member of the team and every day will be different, rewarding and challenging. Your passion, diligence and potential will be what set you apart. We do not require prior work experience to be considered for this apprenticeship.
The business groups you will be working in will be one or more of the following:
- Marketing
- Retail
- Sales
- Services
Prior to your on-the-job training, you will attend a 6 week course provided by an external training provider who have curated a curriculum that will provide qualifications on topics pertinent to the business groups you will be working across.

Description
Your responsibilities will likely grow and change during your time with us and may vary depending on which role you are asked to perform. Below is a flavour of the type of work you may be asked to perform as part of your apprenticeship with us:
Bring Apple’s products, services and ecosystem to life through demonstrations, personalisation and troubleshooting solutions tailored to customers’ needs.
Provide set-up support to Apple customers and offer personalisation on their new products.
Support curating local stores to make sure our customers are presented with the best content available across TV, movies and Music.
Monitoring cultural trends, influencers / TikTok trends / creative communities in KSA & ME.
Working with sales account executives to draft proposals, provide reporting, market intelligence, account management support, assistance with keynote presentations, ad-hoc analysis across Africa, Levant and Gulf Coast Countries.
Help the team design, execute and monitor quarterly business development initiatives for the UAE and/or broader MEA region.
Program planning and deployment for our points of sale across the region.
Help define, execute and grow the digital sales with all channel partners.
