This position will require frequent traveling to manufacture site and works closely with the various engineering to support the needs for operational team.

Key Qualifications

  • - Intuitive understanding in at least one of the following technologies: Wireless, Acoustic, Optical, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical.etc
  • - Strong curiosity to keep up with the latest technologies and applications, willing to contribute to breakthrough
  • - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross functionally in a global environment.
  • - Familiar in usage of Machine Learning and statistical tools to drive deep analysis, to enable supply chain End-End optimization
  • - Ability to break down sophisticated problems and evaluate tradeoffs between proposed solutions
  • - Proven track record to work independently and to deliver high quality solutions to tight schedules.

Description

- Identify and develop test and calibration solutions that span across the end-to-end supply chains to achieve extraordinary operational efficiencies - Collaborate with both internal and external partners in enabling test solutions including hardware, software, processes and infrastructure - Define test and calibration strategy, roadmap and supporting infrastructure and systems that are efficient, robust and flexible to be deploy to wide range of products - Work hand-in-hand with counterparts at the manufacturing sites to ensure successful roll out of new test and calibration solutions - Continuous improvements of solutions and processes through monitoring, analysis of manufacturing information to find opportunities of optimization - Failure analysis supports with design teams, including plan/develop and implement DOE [ Design of Experiment ] to root cause issue and make recommendation for test coverage or tester design changes. - Improve product quality by tracking/closing test gaps and correlation issues across supply chain during development stage. - Assessment of contract manufacturers' resource & technical capabilities and to collaborate with CMs' management teams for improvement and supports

Education & Experience

BS/MS or equivalent experience in Computer/Electronics/Electrical Engineering

Additional Requirements

  • - 3+ Years of proven experience or equivalent
  • - Ability to read and write clean, clear, efficient and understandable code in one or more relevant programming languages (C, C++, Python)
  • - Experience in machine learning, big data and artificial intelligence is a plus
