Apple’s Worldwide Developer Relations (WWDR) team works every day to provide the services, resources, and mentorship that enable the world’s most dynamic developer community to stretch the limits of their imaginations and bring the next big app idea to Apple’s platforms and to customers across the globe.
We are seeking a Partnership Manager to join our WWDR team in Germany to cover the DACH region. You will work directly with developers in this growing and vibrant region, to deliver fun and compelling apps and games experiences to our customers. You will collaborate with developers, developer communities, internal stakeholders and lead initiatives to unlock new markets across DACH. This role also involves shaping opportunities ahead, defining and communicating country unique requirements for current and future products and services.

Work with App and Game developers to bring their apps and innovations to Apple devices across Mac, iPad, iPhone, Apple Vision Pro, Apple TV, and Apple Watch.
Go deep with the leading developers, understanding their roadmaps, and influencing at senior levels.
Collaborate with Apple teams to discover and incubate new developers to deliver outstanding apps experiences .
Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, provide developer market insights and leadership to unlock new developer markets that align with business priorities and objectives.
Shape the opportunity ahead and define and communicate regionally unique requirements for current and future products and services.
- Experience of apps or games business development, product management or technology evangelism experience.
- Experience working for or with a global organization in technology or related fields.
- Technical fluency with the ability to translate features into consumer and developer benefits.
- Solid understanding of the emerging developer products, services as well as the local regulatory situation that impacts the developer communities.
- Business level fluency in German is a key requirement.
- Degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field.
- Passion for and experience working in the games industry, specifically on AA and AAA titles
- Business analytics and strategic planning experience, with in-depth knowledge of industry trends.
- Hands-on experience in product design, product management or software engineering.
- Effective and influential communicator to engage all levels of partners, ranging from software engineers, product managers to technical and business decision-makers.
- Exceptional collaboration, organizational and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels, both internally and externally.
- Ability to navigate a dynamic, creative and fast paced environment.
- Ability to travel across the region.
